Main Bar: 1300 square foot with floor to ceiling windows, stained glass features, rustic wood accents, exposed beams, and a plant wall with attached kitchen separated by swinging doors. Parlor: attached to the Main Bar, separated with opaque curtains. 330 square foot white space with green accent wall, large mirror and white shelving. This is a blank canvas and can be used for craft services, equipment storage, dressing room, and separate or combined event space. The Studio: upstairs from the Main Bar. 880 square foot "studio" space with satellite bar and private restroom. Separate street entrance for load-in or accessible from the Main Bar. Exposed brick and wallpapered accent wall. Industrial feel with skylight. Living room furniture area and farm table. Classic apartment or small bar-style.
