This space is for the exterior only. Landscaped back yard with stream, flowerbeds and vegetable garden. Use of fire pit included. Screen room can be used or removed if not wanted. Includes access to powder room for groups under 30. Larger groups would need to rent a port-a-potty at renter’s expense. This space is perfect for a small birthday party, baby shower or family gathering. Kitchen available for small gatherings for additional fee. Parking is limited but off site parking could be arranged for additional fee.
