Large backyard oasis with city views - including a large deck, real grass, an outdoor kitchen (grill, sink, refrigerator), seating (lounge furniture and multiple benches), and an umbrella. Perfect for hosting a party / backyard BBQ. Separate entrance through the garage. Indoor/Outdoor backyard room open for use as a shelter from the sun, or additional lounging. A plastic table for food display can be provided upon request. Feel free to pick apples from the mature apple tree when in season.
