About the Space

Our pool is located in a fully fenced yard and has its own fenced area with childproof gates. This space backs up to a greenbelt/trail system, providing an unobstructed view of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountains. The shaded side of the pool is under a large cottonwood tree, while the sunny side enjoys all-day sun exposure. Access to the backyard is paved and includes a separate entrance that passes under a grapevine pergola, independent from the home. Additionally, there is a large deck with seating and patio tables overlooking the pool.
