Gated 20 Cars Garage Parking Space For Filming Crew Open 24 Hours In The Heart Of Northridge. Walking Distance To Costco, In N Out Burger, Northridge Mall, Food Chains & More. 12 Cars fit comfortably in the back of the warehouse which is gated with security camera, 8 Cars fit in front of the warehouse with security camera Large truck parking available. Available 24/7 We will be operating our business from inside of the warehouse during out normal business hours 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. However we will not be interfering with your cars or trucks movement. You may have access to the property 24/7. Clothing Showroom / Retail Store / 4 offices which is located inside of our warehouse can be rented as well upon request.
