No late night events or parties. Hidden in the heart of Union square is our two-level studio and event space. Our space is over 5000 square feet of raw space featuring clean white walls, high ceilings, hardwood floors and iconic NYC over-sized windows. Studio (second level) - 900 sq ft Office / Lounge (second level) - 500 sq ft Storefront (street level) - 2500 sq ft For your convenience we offer hourly / daily discount rates for each space. The open space allows plenty of natural light, creating a beautiful atmosphere that can be dressed to accommodate a wide range of events and activities. Our space is a blank canvas for your imagination perfect for off-site uses, workshops, pop-ups, photoshoots, film projects, corporate trainings, planning, team building, and more!

    This is a lovely open and versatile space for gatherings. Roxi was very helpful in making the booking and on the day. Due to the time of my booking, there was an exercise class going on upstairs which was quite noisy through the ceiling - Roxi had warned me about this but I was unable to change my event time so depending on your event, I would just avoid clashing with the classes.
