The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is furnished with 70s period decor and includes iconic designs like an orange velour Camaleonda style sofa, Eiffel chairs, low back Luna chairs, and original features such as the original wood panel walls, the large 70s soaking tub, and the original circular linoleum kitchen, and the 1970s era satellite dish out front. We have taken pains to make things period-appropriate but have upgraded elements of the house to make them more production-friendly such as broadband WiFi, upgraded electrical systems in the garage staging area, the outdoor shower, and shower upgrades in the 2 bathrooms. The property has a large free standing garage which can be used for staging and production and a separate shack which can be used as a rustic interior set piece.
