This authentic horse ranch in scenic Topanga features ocean and mountain views from its infinity pool. A horse stable and two riding arenas are available for a separate rate. This magical ranch with sprawling ocean and mountain views boasts a serene infinity pool and hot tub. The property is lined with vintage trailers and an authentic Southwestern adobe-style house. The house has gorgeous exposed raw beams and is full of authentic equestrian paraphernalia, antiques, and tasteful decor. The property has been in the owner's hands for 30 years and is very well taken care of with luscious gardens and plant life. The horse stable is home to 4 dressage horses the owner uses to train children and offers an equine leadership program for mental health. Equestrian Estate is an expansive property with a detached horse stable and two riding arenas which are not included but could be available for a separate rate.
