With 2,100 sq. ft. of industrial space, a street-level roll-up door for easy load-in for cameras, lighting, and production equipment, the factory can accommodate productions of various sizes. The space remains fully equipped with industrial sewing machines, fabric rolls, cutting tables, and everyday factory materials, creating a realistic atmosphere that is difficult to recreate on a stage. There is a outdoor kitchen. This adds an extra layer of authenticity, creating the feel of a real Chinese garment factory. Perfect for feature films, television productions, music videos, commercials, and photo shoots, this location provides a genuine industrial backdrop with authentic details throughout.
