In Jones Auditorium, your event won't just be seen and heard -- it will be remembered. Load-in: park at the main entrance and unload there (rolling carts available on arrival); route through the main entrance and audience seating to backstage access on either side of the stage - there is no dedicated loading dock. For large or heavy items a loading ramp can be placed on the stage on request - note it in your booking so facilities can lace it. Hand-thrown artificial snow is allowed on stage (client is responsible for sweeping the stage and removing debris afterward); fog, haze, mist and snow machines are prohibited for fire safety.
