Huge top floor studio in the heart of arts district in downtown Los Angeles with tons of great natural light and wonderful props and furniture, and included grip equipment. Freight elevator for easy load in. Rentable parking lot directly across the street for larger productions. Amazing place, we had a baby shower and loved the location no need for major decorations since the studio it’s self is very clean and beautiful.

The place is exactly, if not better than the pictures. It’s spotless and the bathroom and kitchen were modern and functional. The shower is a plus! Anthony is amazing to work with and returns messages right away. We had several conflicts in our scheduling and Anthony helped us figure it all out. The shoot was so fantastic. We will definitely be using the space again! I love the space and enjoyed working with Anthony !! I highly recommend it

LOVED the space. Shot beautifully. Some very useful lights and gear was there at our disposal. We were doing interviews all day, and for the most part sound from outside was no issue. Anthony was very responsive. Highly recommend!
