About the Space
A sun-drenched 2,000 sq ft top-floor studio in the heart of LA's Arts District — floods with natural light from west and north-facing windows, polished concrete floors, 10-foot ceilings, and a curated mix of furniture and props that photograph beautifully from the moment you walk in. Freight elevator for easy load-in. Rentable parking lot directly across the street for larger productions and events. THE SPACE The main floor is wide open and endlessly configurable — a hanging rattan egg chair, mid-century shell chairs, a sculptural wood credenza, neutral sofas, lush plants, and a whitewashed wall with plaster texture give you multiple distinct set looks without moving anything. A bright all-white kitchen with stainless appliances sits at one end. A separate soft room with warm plaster walls, sheer curtains, and boho furnishings offers a completely different mood. Diffusion silks control direct sunlight when needed. Wonderful, large space with lots of great light. It's more expensive than studios I normally rent, but we were shooting product as well as lifestyle photos so it was worth it to have access to all the furniture. Anthony was very easy to work with and super quick to respond to my questions. We would definitely book this space again and will recommend it to others. Note on parking: most of my team parked in a pay lot with no problems. However, the street in front of the building switched to valet only at noon with no warning. My PA had to run to stop her car from being towed! It's worth it to pay to park here!

The loft was spacious, beautiful, and had great lighting. The host, Anthony, answered all of my questions and was really easy to deal with. We were able to utilize furniture, speakers, and everything the space had to offer. Would rent this again for future events

Amazing place, we had a baby shower and loved the location no need for major decorations since the studio it’s self is very clean and beautiful.

The place is exactly, if not better than the pictures. It’s spotless and the bathroom and kitchen were modern and functional. The shower is a plus! Anthony is amazing to work with and returns messages right away. We had several conflicts in our scheduling and Anthony helped us figure it all out. The shoot was so fantastic. We will definitely be using the space again! I love the space and enjoyed working with Anthony !! I highly recommend it

LOVED the space. Shot beautifully. Some very useful lights and gear was there at our disposal. We were doing interviews all day, and for the most part sound from outside was no issue. Anthony was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Amazing, clean, well located studio. I highly recommend this studio for photo and video shoots. It comes with lots of gear, a clothes rack, steamer, full kitchen and make up area. Anthony was great to work with, super responsive and kind. Will definitively shoot here again!

This place is nicely decorated and in a very trendy neighborhood in DTLA for a great price! We booked it for client meetings and clothes fittings for a commercial prep. Everyone was really impressed by the place. We will definitely book it again. The host is super friendly and accessible. He accommodated our needs throughout the price. Highly recommended it!
