"In the best way possible, this home feels like the set of a hit TV show – impossibly cool and totally unattainable. Guests, however, will have the chance to stay in this spacious, light and plant-filled loft, with a young vibe that will work for all ages. Huge windows on three sides of the loft give this space a tonne of natural light that will make it hard to leave for the day. If you do decide to explore the city, it’s a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station."

At 3,000 square feet, our apartment will probably be the largest apartment you'll ever see in New York City. And with over 30 plants in the living room alone, the apartment has a sense of life in it that is hard to come by in New York. Basquiat, the storied NYC artist, lived in this building in the 80s.
Massive, open living room (1,700 ft2) with a 12-person banquet table, a lounge area with two couches, an enormous home office with 4 desks and 3 large monitors, and a library with a bookshelf handmade with industrial piping.
We have four bedrooms that bathe in sunlight throughout the day.
1st Bedroom: corner room, king bed with a canopy and a reclaimed wood desk
2nd Bedroom: queen bed
3rd Bedroom: king bed
4th Bedroom: queen bed
For entertainment, our living room can be converted into a cinema room with a 100" projector screen (Apple TV).
KITCHEN / BATH
A full equipped kitchen comes off to the side, as well as a full bathroom containing a washer, a dryer, and a bathtub, as well as a smaller bathroom with a standing shower.
We have a roof that can be accessed via the stairwell. We ask that guests respect the private area of the roof on the far side from the roof entry that is our neighbors garden.
