THE SPACE The main level is an open-plan loft with a living area, dining/work table, open kitchen, tall industrial windows, exposed brick, concrete floors, and multiple styled vignettes. The space is deal for lifestyle scenes, interviews, and portraits. The dining area features a wooden table and pink chairs that can work for dining scenes, meetings, tabletop photography, or as a working set. A sculptural steel spiral staircase leads to the upper level and creates dramatic elevated and overhead camera angles. Upstairs, a separate room can be used as a bedroom set, dressing room, hair & makeup area, holding space, or workspace. It opens directly onto the private plant-filled terrace, allowing an easy transition between indoor and outdoor shooting environments.
