Currently the property is available for outside use only.  Has successfully been used for films, commercials, documentaries, photo shoots, wedding photography, music videos, events, etc.   ALL rentals include use of a separate entrance basement with lounge/full kitchen/bathroom (perfect for wardrobe, hair, makeup, etc.) Huge 1/2 acre front lawn for when you need lots of space and a studio won't do. Electricity is available throughout the property and is included with all bookings.
