About the Space

NOTE: Rate posted is just the venue hire fee. Please enquire for custom rate or additional fees about your bookings. My art studio is about 70 m2, including one kitchenette and one bedroom. The kitchenette is facilitated by a dishwasher, stew and oven, microwave, and a small fridge. It has an under-cover balcony, a beautiful front yard, and a wooden cottage. I believe my venue with a colorful and artistic atmosphere is a perfect area for birthday parties, art & wine parties, and mothers' group gatherings. So far, I have run 4 art birthday parties and one wine & art party there. I can host an art party and provide the art lesson and art entertainment to all groups and all ages. Or just give it to hiring people who are a fan of visual arts. Please do enquire for availability and for further details about your bookings.
