This is unique place, was a recording studio from 50s monkeys first album recorded here, Michael Jackson, Snoop Dog and others. The rooms are small some have high selling some low 8 rooms total patio outside. Huge aquarium.By LA river . A lot of parking. Tiki bar strip pole. The place picked with art and antiques. Working recording studio, small photography studio . Lounge room. I also have antique store gallery next door + huge gated area where I’m doing movie nights 10k projector different film projectors and screens. Sounds equipment lighting C-stands tripod. Tons of props. Green screen and more.
