ART LOFT ON THE CANAL

About the Space

Located along the Lachine Canal just minutes from Griffintown, this 1,000 sq. ft. loft combines industrial architecture, vintage character, and artistic design. Situated on the second floor of a commercial/industrial loft building, the open-concept space features high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, original brick walls, visible industrial ductwork, hardwood floors, large windows, and an abundance of natural sunlight. All lights are controlled by an application and can be set to any colour. Filled with vintage furniture, original artwork, lush greenery, and unique decorative pieces, the loft has a warm, artistic, and unconventional atmosphere. It also includes a workbench and working studio area, adding to its authentic creative character. The space offers multiple visually distinct backgrounds and can accommodate up to 30 people, making it suitable for a variety of productions and intimate events. This is a private residence with a resident cat. Both the owner and cat will remain on-site during bookings, while being mindful of production needs and allowing guests as much space and privacy as possible. Furniture and decorative elements may be rearranged with prior approval. Please share details about your project, crew or guest size, and any specific setup requirements before booking.
