The entrance is situated with an elevator and stairs and is wheelchair accessible. Safety features include alarm security and sprinkler system. The building exterior in general has lovely architecture and will provide a safe and pleasurable venue for your Photo / Video Event. 35 guest maximum for standing events 25 guest maximum for comfortable seating events Additional amenities include: Private Parking for 12 on location with additional close proximity parking in surrounding lots Garbage Dumpster on Premises Galley Kitchenette; Sink with running water Catering Services upon request {Buffet - Catered only} Please inquire according to your needs; Rental options available and can be coordinated with the building manager.
