2 story street level art gallery and art studio in the back. Perfect location 75th and Madison, steps from central park and everything fabulous. 1st floor is gallery upon street entrance, and additional studio and spacious outdoor patio. 2nd floor is a beautiful natural light empty studio, can be used for make up or wardrobe or shooting. Gallery is also able to use for shooting and holding/ glam team etc.
