About the Space
An updated West Indian Cottage with period antiques, both in the gallery and bedroom. It is located on the ocean, approximately 20 feet from the sea. This classic white home with blue trim and detailing provides the perfect picturesque background, especially when paired with the crystal clear water of St. John that it looks on to. There is an art gallery, kitchen, half-bath, office, and storage space downstairs and a studio bedroom and bath upstairs. Front and side yards wrap around the home; both front and side yards have beautiful gardens filled with various local flora and fauna. The layout is very open and spacious. This location has been used for Victoria's Secret, L.L. Bean, The Bachelor, and Carnival Cruise line productions and shoots. Weddings have also been hosted on the property. It is very flexible in terms of uses.
