This newly renovated industrial building has been converted into a modern art gallery. The exterior of the space retains an industrial look with corrugated metal cladding. The interior of the building features nearly 9,000 sq. ft of rentable space (entire building is nearly 13,000 sq. ft.). The building is separated into three gallery locations. If someone wants to rent just one of the galleries that is possible for $312 per hour. If someone wants to rent two of the galleries, or half the building that is possible for $625 per hour. Or, if someone wants to rent all three spaces it is priced at $1,000 per hour. We can work with custom pricing if needed. Please don't hesitate to ask. The building is split into three galleries, and you can rent just one 2,000 sq. ft. space for a cheaper amount if you don't need the whole building. The 2,000 sq. ft. galleries work very well for photo shoots, and smaller productions.
