This newly renovated industrial building has been converted into a modern art gallery. The exterior of the space retains an industrial look with corrugated metal cladding. The interior of the building features nearly 9,000 sq. ft of rentable space (entire building is nearly 13,000 sq. ft.). The building is split into three galleries, and you can rent just one 2,000 sq. ft. space for a cheaper amount if you don't need the whole building. The 2,000 sq. ft. galleries work very well for photo shoots, and smaller productions.
