Pico - Robertson a very central location on the westside of Los Angeles, California, adjacent to Beverly Hills, on the east by Carthay and Mid-City, on the south by Mid-City, Beverlywood and Cheviot Hills. A 1920's beauty, with Spanish detailing with attention to detail, high ceilings, flooded with natural light in every room. Upper floor apartment with balcony. Beautifully maintained 1 bedroom, 1 bath art deco apartment with original hardwood floors, purple tile bathroom with purple sink, separate tub, purple and black tiled shower along with a mellow yellow kitchen tiles with black & white checkered floor. Kitchen has a dining area with colorful contemporary art and plants. Bedroom is clean and minimal with mid century modern furniture. All furniture is a combination of art deco and mid century modern pieces. My home is my sanctuary and would love to share my space with you for your project!
