We are a Community Theatre with a performance space, dance space, with mirrors, Full RGB lighting, fog machine, projectors, sound system, we perform every weekend so the sets are always changing, we have a large loading dock, dance area, breakroom, dressing room, costume/build room, concessions area and 4 bathrooms. ACT have been in business for 25 years and hosts weddings, parties, shoots, church events, shows, concerts, dance recitals and much more. In the booking section it only lists the option of one hourly rate. However, if you book for more than 2 hours we can offer you half off hour 3 and up. I am unsure how to accomplish that in this system but it is an option. Also we have microphones, music stands, tables, chairs and much more available for rental. All renters are required to fill out a contract upon booking ... we do not see an option to upload that contract here so it would need to be filled out after the booking as well. We are happy to work with you on all your needs, just let us know how we can help!

You will need to hire in one of our Tech People to Operate all Tech Equipment, you are free to bring your own,
If you use out equipment, insurance requires an ACT employee, they get $35 an hour - you will pay them directly
Outside food and drink is allowed and catering, we do not have a kitchen
If you are using systems, we will need to have your run sheet one week prior to event
Please schedule a tech session one week prior with your techie bring your music and cue sheet with you to upload or play
We can interface with computer, audio equipment, thumb drive, phone or mac, bring YOUR cables
If using your own sound system bring your own cording
Pianos are available for rental
Wireless and handheld mics are available
We have onsite concessions, they will be open during your event at no cost
We are in an industrial area, parking it all around building and on street
A signed contract will be required before that booking and a walk through/tour at least a month prior to event
Last minute bookings are allowed IF there is space available

We have left booking times WIDE open as we will book overnights as well as daytime
This system does not allow time increments, shows are always Fridays and Saturdays from 6-midnight so don't try 4 thens
Sundays are also usually booking from 1-midnight, but feel free to ask, sometimes they are open
