Time-capsule Toronto space with strong 1960s character and lived-in texture. Mid-century modern furniture and decor throughout. Original finishes, wood panelling, wallpaper, and imperfect details create an atmospheric backdrop for projects seeking a raw, unpolished look. Your rental includes access to all the rooms pictured. Available for photoshoots, podcasts and small film crews. As this is a residential building, we only accept bookings that are suitable to the space. We consider team size, timelines and sound levels. Prior to booking, please read the house rules below to ensure this space is compatible with your project: - This is a residential property - your team must be mindful of noise levels so as not to disturb the residents. Excessively amplified music, loud instruments and yelling/ high volume scenes are generally not allowed and must be discussed and approved before booking. - The number of attendees will be monitored via cameras - only the agreed upon number of team members are permitted on site. - Your team must stay inside the designated units and keep the exterior and common staircase clear of crew and gear at all times. - Only dry, clean indoor shoes are permitted in the units. All other shoes can be stored by the unit door. - Furniture and decor can be moved gently and returned to their spots at the end of your booking - please be careful not to scratch floors. - Garbage exceeding one small bag must leave the property with you. Extra garbage and any messes left behind will result in a cleaning fee.
