The entire building is available. 3 story & Bsmt / 1780 sq feet by floor / The first floor is a Bar, restaurant, venue, dance, stage, ballroom & live performance space, basement is a lounge/VIP/photo studio /pool table /kitchen and outdoor space. On the 2nd & 3rd floors, apartments with a unique aesthetic of vintage urban decay. Unique furniture, chandeliers, walls and woodwork are some of the hallmarks of the space. There are also multiple kitchens and bathrooms within the space. However the bar and restaurant space listed here, can hold approximately 150 ppl. This is a unique space for a film shoot, photo shoot, popup, art shows.
