This is a small house (not a tiny house, but compact). It suits an apartment style shoot, is frequently empty- totally furnished. Large spacious bedroom with ledepth / extra footage to capture queen bed / bedroom (like for TIk-Tok/Music video/ Instagram). Also have kitchenette and amazing exterior for urban setting. We are near downtown, between Koreatown and downtown with ample parking available. This house is available for Photoshoots and Filmshoots.
