About the Space
Our property is located in the town of Bethany, CT. Our property offers 3.75 acres of landscape with beautiful gardens created by my wife and me. Our home is a 4-bedroom one-floor home with two dining areas. Both have fireplaces perfect for an indoor film set. Also, it has a large kitchen which can be easily converted into a country kitchen area, perfect for another indoor set. Finally, the property has three different large gardens, one that has a gazebo and lighting surrounded by beautiful flowers perfect for an outside movie set. The property has a large barn and a small pond, perfect for a filming set with large animals or just to utilize the property landscape as background.
