This event space , art studio offers a spacious modern/artsy art studio, complete with sound system and speakers, art on the walls, colors and surrealism. A creative journey into creativity and light, love, colors and artistic studio vibes. Great for productions , events, art shows. There is also a kitchen with granite tops (modern appliances), and an outdoor balcony with a BBQ Grill and gorgeous New York City skyline. Enjoy immense natural light. The lively warm sunset light fills up the entire art studio and art space every evening. (This is the best spot to see sunsets!) . The space also offers colored lights , theater lighting . The space provides one mic stand , mic, sound board, and 2 speakers three at no additional cost, including original art work for backdrops and photo shoots There's additional equipment that can be rented for an additional price such as photography lighting, projector, photographer .
