About the Space

Ranch with horses, unpaved roads, house, mobile home, bunkhouse, barn. Our ranch is located in San Francisquito Canyon in Santa Clarita, California.We are 10 minutes from Valencia Town Center as well as the 5 freeway. Studios and production facilities are minutes away. Our 5 acre ranch has a ranch house, bunkhouse, mobile home, mare motel barn, pastures and horses for a backdrop. Lots of parking available for production vehicles.We have a security gate for overnight parking.Our ranch neighbors are also film friendly. Since we back up against the Angeles National Forest....sagebrush style...we have no outside noise, light or background distractions.It's dark here at night.
