5 structures on 48 acres: including a 12,000 s.f. main house (designed in the early 1940s by architect Paul Williams), a tennis court with pavilion, separate guest houses, art gallery and studio. In the center of this amazing property is a tranquil lake with waterfalls, all surrounded by lush landscaping and expansive grounds. Rates are variable and based on impact (e.g., stills vs. motion, hours on property, cast/crew size, content, areas of use). The listed rate is an estimate based on minimal impact and a small crew for non-commercial still shoots during WEEKDAYS. Final rates, including cleaning and property manager fees, are determined on a case-by-case basis after a full review of the project details.
