This historic location was host to stagecoaches in the 1800's and in the early 1900's, host to two U.S. Presidents (Hoover and Roosevelt) as well as numerous Hollywood Celebrities in the 30's and 40's. Today, the ranch remains a peaceful and tranquil 120 acre ranch/farm in Carpinteria CA, surrounded by the Los Padres National Forest, beautifully remote, yet only 8 minutes to Carpinteria's seaside town. The ranch boasts a beautiful lush valley where three flowing creeks converge with bridges and Arizona crossings that crisscross the ranch. There are approximately 35 planted acres of Avocado Trees on the ranch, with additional event features that include a massive grass meadow, large park area with pavilion, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, and an outdoor event center that can easily accommodate up to 400 people with several restrooms.
This is an idyllic setting for filming or events. The natural beauty of the ranch is awe-inspiring with countless sycamore trees and oak groves. Here you'll spot deer and abundant wildlife daily throughout the ranch. The hilltop views are spectacular, boasting vistas up and down the Central Coast, to the Pacific Ocean and beyond to the Channel Islands. Atop the hill is a 250,000 gallon reservoir and lookout point with outdoor trellised patio.
We are just completing a beautiful Ocean View Ranch house that features a massive great room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that will be available for an additional charge.
There is also a full-time, on-site ranch manager to assist with all our visitor's needs.
