The house stands 1900 square feet with 3 nice size bedrooms and the newly added master suite has its own bathroom. The main living space has a very open floor plan with amazing light coming from the many windows and French doors. The space could be ideal for movie / tv, commercials, photo shoots, events, parties etc. The place is very nicely redone and could simply be used for almost anything really. The house is conveniently located in Sherman oaks close to all major freeways : 405, 101, 170, 134. The home is one story so no stairs and is fully furnished. The finishings were very tastefully chosen and with a mixed style combining elements of mid century and modern into its overall design. The place can handle about 40 -50 people.
