The venue boasts breathtaking curb appeal, a well-manicured lawn and is replete with a variety of eye-catching flowers, rose bushes, azaleas, shrubbery, very tall pines, oaks and unwavering calmness. Our awesome support team will ensure your event is flawlessly timed and executed. The Courtyard is available from 11am to 9pm Monday to Friday and from 11am to 10pm Friday to Sunday. Our beautiful pergola and surrounding grounds feature a 7-person jacuzzi, barrel sauna, open kitchen, ample seating, high-top table for 4, countertop bar seating for 5, cozy lounge area, exquisite lighting, 4 wide-screen TV, children’s play area, fire pit w/television in and seating for 6, multiple hammocks, bean bag toss and a host of other games. Our outdoor kitchen provides excellent cooking facilities that make catering meals of all types a breeze. We offer a 5-burner grill, Hibachi grill, Kamado grill, 2-burner stove, sink with hot & cold water, and 2 refrigerators for meats, produce, and beverages. Also available as add-ons is our Bluetooth-compatible surround sound system, amplifier, and a microphone. Add a touch of fun and excitement with our bar (liquor and server not included), 360 photo booth, popcorn & cotton candy machines, bounce house and more. Bedrooms are excluded for these bookings and will be locked however, all other areas of the home may be utilized. The residence may accommodate up to 35 individuals and it is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen & large nook area, a business center, game room with an abundance of arcade games including shuffleboard, air hocky and boardgames; a gaming station (console not provided), living room, dining area, family room and laundry room with utility sink.
