What it means to us: organic farming and/or no synthetic pesticides, hand-harvested grapes, native fermentation, no temperature control, no additions outside of minimal amounts of sulfur, no fining or filtering, and wineries owned and operated by real people.
We look to support small producers and many of the wines we carry are made by winemakers we have personal relationships with. Ethical winemaking and labor practices are essential to us carrying a wine.
