"The single-story home’s layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is in move-in condition. The property is curated and staged to comfortably welcome up to four guests. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and fresh bed & bath linens. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed. The secondary guest bedroom features two full-size beds. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and an island breakfast bar for two and a dining table that seats four. The home has a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The backyard is not fully fenced. Parking is available under the carport and driveway. We set out a variety of snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children are welcome. Pets are considered, and pet fees apply.
