This amazing classic Hollywood Hills Mansion is strategically located 5 minutes from Sunset Blvd and Laurel Canyon in West Hollywood. The backyard boasts a pool and hot tub. It overlooks the Hollywood Hills with a view of the Hollywood sign! BEST VIEW IN THE CITY!! Easy street parking, no permits. Perfect for filming - we've hosted many productions here along with events. Dramatic entry with accented staircase, marble floors, formal living room, formal room with pool table. Large open kitchen with center island, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances and amazing backyard. The bedrooms are not included but can discuss for additional charge.
