Excellent spot! Owners are very accommodating and friendly. Very good value. One note for filmmakers is to plan parking well, as it can be a little tricky in that area. That said, I’ll book here again many times. All of the locations are just phenomenal.

Alleyway is 200 sq.ft. tiny, alley in the backyard of studio, which comes with brick walls, vintage styled elevator/windows and furniture, which can be utilized as props for your next shoot. The space outdoor, however comes with beautiful hanging lights, ensuring that you get best pictures for your next shoot. The rental includes: - Strobe Lights W/ Softboxes - Video Lights - Ring Light - Strobe Transmitter - Onsite Rep - 5 Guests Per Booking This room is available for Photoshoots and Film shoots.
