This is for buyout listing of 2 floors. This Library themed cafe-bar rabbit-hole is a great space for any kind of events and occasions. The entire capacity is 95 persons. Various seating available throughout. 3 toilets on both floors. 1 bar each floor with bar stools. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HIRE OUT OUR MAIN GROUND FLOOR AREA ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY EVENINGS. We also do not allow birthday parties for anyone under the age of 23. You are only able to hire out the Rabbit Hole on these days but if you have a capacity over 45, you are able to spill out to our ground floor with the public.
