The property sits on a spacious half-acre corner lot, offering plenty of room for crews, trailers, and production vehicles. Parking is abundant, with a circular driveway and additional street parking available. We allow overnight parking for production vehicles, if needed. And a custom-built wood outhouse is also on site for crew convenience. Inside, the home has been thoughtfully designed by the owner who is a television production designer, featuring curated furnishings, handcrafted details, and custom-made pieces you won’t find anywhere else. The aesthetic blends textures, warmth and comfort with a modern, bright, and functional style—perfect for photography, commercials, TV, film, branded content, influencer shoots, and more.
