About the Space

Our house sits in the charming and beautiful neighborhood of Walnut Acres in the city Woodland Hills, in the West San Fernando Valley. The neighborhood is very film friendly, there are always productions going on in the neighborhood. There is ample parking up and down the street and in our circular driveway as well. The home is customized for photography, film, TV, advertisements, influencer content, celebrity-branded projects, retreats, and private events. Sits on a corner, half acre lot and would be perfect for almost all productions with room in our yard for cars and trailers as well. We also have an additional custom made wood outhouse for crew as well. The owner is a production designer for TV and has put a lot of time, thought and care throughout the house with the furnishings and esthetic. Many hand crafted, custom made pieces that you will not find anywhere else. We wanted the house to feel warm, cozy and inviting, while also current, bright and functional for a family. We hope you like it and it's right for your next project! Additional Cleaning Fee if necessary = $300 Overtime Rate = 1.5x We are happy to remove the pool fence for a fee of $200. Please no more people than the number you booked for. If there are more people present during the booking you are subject to the booking rate that reflects that number.
