Truly a flex space with countless looks, vignettes, and uses. This converted factory consists of an open floor plan main building with commercial kitchen, catwalk and lofted rooms and several breakout areas. The total sq ft of the main building is 4200sq ft. There is an additional finished industrial garage that opens to the street for extremely convenient load in at ground level. For outdoor productions we have a 4000+sq ft fully landscaped outdoor area with multiple patios. Multiple sections of property allow for production work and prep areas to be totally separate. Many areas of interest as well as different surfaces are available for food and product shoots. The location and building is extremely quiet with no outside noise pollution making it great for filming or interviews with sound recording. There are blackout blinds on most windows. The space has been used for production purposes ranging from commercial filming and catalogue shoots to experiential marketing.
