Cleaning Process for Photo Studio We follow a detailed cleaning process to ensure the studio is clean, organized, and ready for every booking. Here’s how we maintain the space: 1. Decluttering & Waste Removal • Remove all trash and debris from the studio, including leftover items from previous sessions. • Empty garbage bins and replace liners. • Check under furniture and in seating areas for any forgotten items or debris. 2. Backdrop Maintenance • Inspect the green screen and white backdrop for stains or marks. Replace or clean if necessary to ensure they are ready for the next shoot. • Roll and store the backdrops properly when not in use. 3. Dusting & Surface Cleaning • Dust and sanitize all surfaces, including the chairs, clothing rack, and any furniture in the seating area. • Wipe down the refrigerator and bathroom surfaces with a disinfectant cleaner. 4. Lighting Equipment Check • Inspect the production lights to ensure they are clean and in working condition. Replace bulbs or adjust settings as needed. 5. Floor Cleaning • Sweep or vacuum the floors to remove dust, dirt, and debris. • Mop the floor with a mild disinfectant solution to ensure it is spotless and hygienic. 6. Bathroom Cleaning • Scrub and sanitize the toilet, sink, and bathroom surfaces. • Replenish toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. • Ensure the bathroom trash is emptied and cleaned. 7. Final Touches • Arrange chairs, clothing racks, and any other furniture in their designated positions. • Spray a light air freshener to leave the space smelling clean and fresh. 8. Inspection & Lock-Up • Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all areas of the studio are spotless and organized. • Confirm that all equipment is in its proper place and in working condition. • Lock all doors and windows securely after cleaning.
