Now available - Green screen one wall cyc studio in San Gabriel Valley. Why fight traffic driving to other studios in the morning and evenings when you can drive against traffic both ways and work in a newly built state-of-the-art studio in Monrovia. Overall studio space: 1128 sq. ft. One wall cyclorama: 27ft. wide 12 ft. ceilings to the light grid The studio is perfect for: - Commercial Shoots - Film Shoots - Music Video Shoots - Interviews - Photo Shoots - Dance Shoots -Turntable shoots - Casting - Events Amenities: - Up to 500 amps of power (3 phase) - Dedicated A/C and Heater - Two bathrooms - (2) Makeup room/Green Room - Ample parking for talent and crew (30+ spaces) - Slop sink - Outside lounge for crew and talent breaks - Workspace tables and chairs - Minutes away from Home Depot/Michaels/Homegoods/Costco. The Studio is very close to old town Monrovia that has many restaurant options for catering. *****Stage manager fee is $35/Hour and it is additional to the stage rental fee. Overtime charges will incur after 8 hours. That fee is for the Stage Manager. Also, if only booking for half-day (5 hours), please try to book the hours you need, if you go over, those overage hours will be at a time and a half rate because you may bump into other people who have rented the space at that same time.
