About the Space

1941 stucco-walled, tan desert home with stagecoach in front. Rustic industrial/desert location. Rate is only for exterior shooting and exterior areas of the property outside the home. Indoor shooting and/or bathroom access is an add on fee. Other areas can be rented separately or in conjunction with the house (see add ons). There is a dilapidated garage, warehouse, and vacant lot with shipping containers and vehicles on the property that are rented out separately or together with the home. The home is a hand built single bedroom home on an industrial lot. There is a detached garage and office, as well as a 20'x30' warehouse. We have a quarter acre vacant lot. We shoot any time of the day or night. If a date is marked unavailable, please ask and we'll see if we can open up the date for your project. We off the hourly discounted rate if you do not need access to the interior of the house or facilities within (eg, bathroom), but you must include an add on if you need bathrooms or indoor shooting. Rates can be adjusted depending on the project or event. Ask if you have questions. We are pretty flexible on a lot of things, but please be specific with your budget if requesting any discounts. However, please be sure to have your own liability insurance and provide us with a COI naming the owner as an additionally insured before the shoot. It is a home, but it's a commercial property that's M-1 zoned (light industrial). We are located just off Highway 14, but generally have not had issues with freeway noise, especially at night.
