1941 desert home with stagecoach in front. Rustic industrial/desert location. Rate is for use of the house for shooting and/or exterior areas of the property outside the home. Other areas can be rented separately or in conjunction with the house. There is a dilapidated garage, warehouse, and vacant lot with shipping containers and vehicles on the property that are rented out separately or together with the home. The home is a hand built single bedroom home on an industrial lot. There is a detached garage and office, as well as a 20'x30' warehouse. We have a quarter acre vacant lot. We off a discounted rate if you do not need access to the interior of the house or facilities within (eg, bathroom). Rates can be adjusted depending on the project or event. Ask if you have questions. We are pretty flexible on a lot of things. It is a home, but it's a commercial property that's M-1 zoned (light industrial).
