This large room can be rearranged but is currently divided into a sitting area, a desk/office space, and a TV corner. There are carpets on the floor and a lot of comfortable furniture. One wall is entirely covered by a bookcase as well as an old fireplace. This is on the third floor, with windows on two sides of the room letting in natural light. And there are books and knick-knacks aplenty, making it a perfect space for a cozy academic office in a boarding school or university!
