About the Space
The space features lush, green landscaping with both sunny and shady areas. It’s furnished with various fruit trees, a pergola surrounded by water, and a fire pit to mingle around. There is casual seating (couches, chairs and chaises) comfortable for about 30 guests. One 8’ and two 6' folding tables are available complimentary and can be requested upon booking. There is also one 6’ outdoor dining table set available for use. KITCHEN All events are conducted outdoors. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with stove, grill, and mini fridge and is available for use. Per request the indoor kitchen and/or a bedroom can be made available (for an additional fee) RESTROOM Guests have access to one restroom from the backyard directly inside the home. For larger events, an additional restroom will be made available. PARKING There is plenty of parking in the neighborhood. No permits required. ELECTRICAL Power is available outside the house for equipment, lighting and other needs. We encourage you to visit our place prior to booking! *Upon booking we require ID verification, signature of Venue Rental Agreement, and Security Deposit * Inquire for Wedding Rates

Right off the bat communication was quick / helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with Margarita and her team throughout the process. They made everything so easy. The location is absolutely stunning. We could not have asked for a better experience. Super production friendly and a wonderful space to capture multiple scenes in an elevated space. Our team is already planning on shooting there again! I highly recommend.
