Welcome to our Miami heritage house, filled with the charm and character of the 1930s, gently adapted to today’s way of living. Our garden cottage has soul, texture, warmth and quiet elegance. The vaulted wood ceilings, original working fireplace and oak floors give it timeless charm, while natural light moves beautifully through every room and out into the garden. Each space feels personal, the study wrapped in windows, the bedroom opening to the garden, the terra cotta and stone textures catching the light just right. This is a real home, calm, lived-in, and full of character where every corner offers an authentic backdrop for storytelling. The garden brings a soft Mediterranean spirit. Our love for vintage furniture and collected objects makes the space feel effortless and true. There is ample on-site parking, at the front and the back of the property. The garden opens up to a quiet cul-de-sac street with a double gate giving you direct access to the property for large equipments.
