Situated on Old Topanga road. Enter into a long dirt driveway with a 10 car parking spot( additional fee) in the entrance. . continue on the dirt road to reach a garage with a gate next to it entering our half an acre yard with a three bedroom house(additional fee to use the house and its amenities). At the back, a large yard with a dry creek that flows in the winter days. Surrounded by trees and the hills of Topanga. Beyond the creek climb a hill to reach a picnic table at the top of it. The property is surrounded by bamboo plants in five different large groups, two large sycamore trees and more. Price includes four parking spots for cars and up to one production truck or van. Any additional space or vehicle will be an extra fee. There is some street parking available and free. All the outdoors area is available for filming/shooting. Use of three bedroom house is at an additional fee.
