Build it out, or tear it down, anything goes. Located in the high desert near Joshua Tree and Pioneertown we are just an 1.5 hours from Los Angeles. Whether you are a big budget or student film film, this property offers a myriad of unique possibilities for productions, and shoots. Included, is a separate empty lot for all of your production needs and parking.
