Next to Allegiant Stadium and the Las Vegas Strip, we offer a controlled, distraction-free environment for productions, athletes, trainers, and creators who need a professional setting without public interruption. Discounted rates available for 1/2 day and full-day rentals. After hours pricing/ availability varies. It works best for controlled audio setups or productions where ambient noise is not critical. To streamline your booking request, please include: Project type / production summary Number of attendees Desired date(s) and time(s) Number of vehicles Any special requests To help keep everyone on the same page, the following should be used as guidelines. If there are additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. 1. Depending on the situation, a certificate of insurance may be needed from you/your team. 2. There is absolutely no smoking (including vapes/e-cigs/marijuana). 3. Please refrain from bringing food /drinks (other than water) into the the studio/gym 4. No guests should be in attendance unless notified in advance 5. Setup & cleanup IS included in your booking time, please ensure you book enough time for both. If additional time is needed and we can accommodate, overtime rate will billed in hourly increments at 1.5x standard rate. 6. Mats and equipment are sanitized after each use, however, we appreciate guests cleaning up after themselves and respecting the space. We ask that equipment/items used be placed where you found them at the end of your booking. 7. The doors shall remain locked at all times. There is a 10' roll up door that can be utilized if necessary. 8.
