About the Space

Custom quotes are available for interest in use of MMA space only or Fitness space only. The warehouse is approximately 1,200 sf and supports functional fitness, basic strength training, includes a dedicated 20 × 20 MMA space, and heavy bags for striking work. The studio is all black with adjustable RGBW overhead lighting, subtly backlit mirrors, and Sonos sound system allows the environment to adapt to the session, whether the goal is performance, refinement, or creation. **The warehouse is not soundproof. ​Conveniently located next to Allegiant Stadium and the Strip and is well-suited for those traveling to or training in Las Vegas who need a private space to maintain rhythm, dial in details, or complete focused blocks of work without public exposure. The space is also perfect for martial arts related photo, film, and content creation. In addition to martial arts, the studio can successfully support fitness routines, interviews, or other creative ideas. Priority is given to uses that align with the studio’s purpose: focused work, respectful use of the space, and intentional training. ​Please note: All rental requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny any request at our discretion, without obligation to provide explanation, to ensure alignment with the studio’s purpose, safety standards, and operating policies. To help keep everyone on the same page, the following should be used as guidelines. If there are additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. 1. Depending on the situation, a certificate of insurance may be needed from you/your team. 2. There is absolutely no smoking (including vapes/e-cigs/marijuana). 3. Food and drink can be enjoyed in the lobby area, please refrain from bringing food /drinks (other than water) in the the studio space. 4. No guests should be in attendance unless notified in advance 5. Setup & cleanup IS included in your booking time, please ensure you book enough time for both. If additional time is needed and we can accommodate, overtime rate will billed in hourly increments at 1.5x standard rate. 6. Mats and equipment are sanitized after each use, however, we appreciate guests cleaning up after themselves and respecting the space. We ask that equipment/items used be placed where you found them at the end of your booking. 7. The doors shall remain locked at all times. There is a 10' roll up door that can be utilized if necessary. 8. If you need assistance with anything, feel free to place your request, as we love to help when possible.
